Serving over 250 people in San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma Counties, there are often job opportunities at Lifehouse. We operate nine group homes for people with developmental disabilities and provide support to numerous individuals who live and work independently in the community. Some of our homes offer around the clock care for people with profound developmental disabilities, while other homes serve as a transition to independent living and provide training in cooking, money management, transportation, time management, and other basic living skills. 

The agency provides a team atmosphere, great opportunities for valuable experience working with delightful people and valuable training. Duties may include teaching independent living skills, recreation and community integration, as well as personal care. The positions vary in hours and days worked.

Supported living Program Manager

  • Lifehouse is looking for a Supported Living Program Manager to join us in our mission to change lives for people with developmental disabilities.

ICF house manager

  • Lifehouse is hiring an ICF House Manager to join us in our mission to change lives for people with developmental disabilities.

  • As an ICF House Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a licensed group home in Novato with six residents with developmental disabilities. You will be supervising a team of 10+ employees and implementing a high quality program. This is a full-time non-exempt position. The Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) House Manager is responsible for 20 hours per week of direct resident supervision and training as well as supervision and training of staff as designated by the QIDP.

Supported living assistant manager

  • Lifehouse is looking for a Supported Living Assistant Manager to join us in our mission to change lives for people with developmental disabilities! At Lifehouse we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live as independently as possible and to participate fully in our community.

  • As an Assistant Manageryou will oversee the day to day operations of a program supporting 10 to 15 individuals with developmental disabilities living in their own homes in Marin and Sonoma. You will be supervising a team of 20 to 30 employees and implementing a high quality program.
