Volunteer Prior to the event:

Help in office: auction solicitation, data entry, graphic design, general office work (help needed currently through event date)

Set-Up Friday Night (7-9pm)    Set Up Saturday (9-2pm)

Evening of the event (choose 3)

Wine/Restaurant Liaison (Make sure ice, glasses, plates, etc. are in good supply. Physical Work)

Greeters or Seaters   Auction Table Representative (supervise tables, bid sheets, items)

Raffle Sales   Live Auction (Spotters/Runners) Registration

Auction Pick-up   Auction Payment   Sort Bid Numbers (physical work)

Clean up (10:00pm-1am) Standing position (physical work)
