The 22nd Annual Great Chefs & Wineries event benefitting Lifehouse will be held Saturday, April 21, 2012. This black-tie evening hosted by Honorary Chairman Huey Lewis, Master of Ceremonies Bud E. Luv and Culinary Host Heidi Insalata Krahling features over 50 of the Bay Area’s best wineries and restaurants presenting a dazzling array of culinary delights and fine wine pourings, micro-brewed beer, a martini bar and more! The evening also includes live music and dancing with The Robert Vickers Orchestra, an energetic Lifehouse client performance and live and silent auctions. Great Chefs & Wineries was chosen as one of the top three readers’ picks for “Best Charity Party Action” in San Francisco Magazine’s 2010 and 2011 Best of the Bay Area poll. Thank you to Redwood High School Student Connor Stock for organizing the fundraiser for Lifehouse held at Max’s of Corte Madera on Saturday evening, Jan. 7. There were many student performers who donated their musical talent to the evening. Thank you to Gary Gilfix at Max’s for their generosity in donating 10% of the evening’s proceeds to Lifehouse. There was a great turnout including Redwood High School families and friends, staff from Lifehouse and Lifehouse Board of Director Dan Engel. And the food was great!
